Early Years
I was born and raised in Harstad, Norway and have been acting and singing for as long as I can remember. Back home I have taken part in both amateur and professional productions including: Disney's the Lion King, Romeo & Juliet, a Midsummernight's Dream, Putti Plutti Pott and Grease. At the age of 16 I decided to move to Tromso, to Kongsbakken VGS where I gained an Artium in Music, Dance and Acting.
During the years in Tromso I also focused on my songwriting where I wrote and recorded several songs, which resulted in the album 'A day in August'. The album had one of it's songs, 'the Land over the Rainbow' reach #5 in the summer hit of the year in 2007.

Moving to the UK

After gaining a diploma in Advanced Vocal Techniques at Trondertun FHS in Trondheim, Norway in 2007 I moved to Liverpool to study towards a BA in Performing Arts: Music at the
Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. here, in addition to being tutored in Acting, Dance and Musical Theatre, I'm being tutored in
Speech Level Singing, which has changes my life completely (vocal wise that is)
I have over the last year and a half been part of several great productions both in and outside LIPA, including: Andrew Lloyd Webber and Ben Elton's 'the Boys in the Photograph' (world premiere cast), Little Women, Jason Robert Brown Showcase and will both co produce and perform in the musical 'Working' in May.
I also performed as one of the lead singers in the show "A gala evening of Song", where I got to perform in several theatres across the UK, including the Pavillion Theatre in Rhyl and the Theatre Royal in Bury st. Edmunds. The show finished to a sold out audience at the Lowry theatre in Manchester in February, and I had the pleasure of performing some of the greatest music ever written, including 'Nessun Dorma', 'Master of the House' and 'Music of the Night' among others.

In May 2009 I got to work with the
Birkenhead Operatic Society Trust in
their production of 42nd street, which performed 5 shows at the
Liverpool Empire Theatre on the 13th to the 16th of may, playing the
role of the Thug as well as singing and dancing in the ensemble.
I also got to sing the lead in a one night only performance of the
Genesis masterpiece "Selling England by the Pound". This production
took place in the Sennheiser Studio Theatre on the 22 of May 2009, and
featured spectacular lighting design by Alec Morris.
The
week after Selling England by the Pound I performed the role of 'Mike
Dillard' in Stephen Schwartz's "Working". The production also took
place in the Sennheiser Studio Theatre, and was produced and directed by Philip Wright.
The last thing I did at LIPA was my show "This is the Moment" which was a tribute
to some of my favorite musical theatre songs of all time. The show
featured a 13-piece orchestra and was musically directed by James Newton
(Whistle Down the Wind UK Tour, Blood Brothers UK Tour & Dr.
Doolittle UK Tour)
in may 2010 I started singing and dancing as part of the P&O Players
on board the 'Pride of Bilbao'. I'm performing in their two Musical
Theatre shows, "Magic of the Musicals" and "Pure Imagination" as well
as their rock show "Rocking all over the World". I will be performing
until the end of September.
At the moment...
I am working on the Isle of Wight as part of the Warner's show team. Here we tour between different hotels and resort with our four shows; West end to Broadway, Winter Wonderland, Dick Wittington and Rhythm of Life.
